• Scaled the school-monitoring infrastructure from 120 to 350 institutions: carried out comprehensive backend optimization and migrated server hosting to Trans Telecom, keeping the system stable under a tripled load.

• Contributed to a government KPI-management platform for the Ministry of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan: implemented KPI formulas and calculation logic for 200+ employees, processing 100,000+ values for the 2025 reporting period.

Kazakhmys

• Led the development of a CRM system from scratch for a network of 30 companies in the power and energy sector, unifying data exchange and processes.
• Maintained the system for 100+ users, processing 10M+ records.
• Introduced Celery, Redis, and Chart.js to improve performance and analytics.

KazMunayGas

• Contributed to a client platform: set up Docker/Docker Compose and PostgreSQL, and built simple APIs.
• Fixed critical Excel-export bugs (tkinter, openpyxl, Masonite).
